Aven Care Providers is always hiring new talent. Before you fill out the application forms below, please read our process requirements.
Our staff will be in contact with you if there is a possible placement with a job within your area. Job Opportunities are available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Live-In arrangements.
Requirements

English Proficiency (Ability to speak other languages is a plus)

United States Citizen or other person with Legal Authority to work in the United States.

Driver's License.

Social Security Card.

Minimum of one year work experience in the professional field you are applying for or at least 6 months experience as a Caregiver.

References from previous employers.

Our Application Process
You must complete the entire application process (from Step 1 up to Step 4) for your job application to be considered.

HEALTH SCREENING REPORT (To be completed by a Physician/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner): Take the HEALTH SCREENING REPORT form with you to a Health Facility or your Health Practitioner. They will perform an Employment Health Screening and a TB Test or Chest X-RAY. After the form has been signed by the Physician, submit it to this Agency within 14 days of your application submission date.

LIVESCAN/ BACKGROUND CHECK (To be conducted and completed by a Livescan Operator): Take the LIVESCAN FORM with you to a Livescan location for your fingerprints to be taken and submit it to this Agency within 14 days of your application submission date.
If you already have a Home Care Aide License or a CCL Facility License, submit a copy of your License Number or Clearance.
