Thank you for being part of the Aven Care Providers team. This page provides links to Employee Resources that you will use throughout your tenure.

 

Employee Resources:

• Homecare Pro App – You will use the Homecare Pro App to access your employee credentials, your employment documents, and HR-related resources that have been provided by the agency.
• AxisCare Mobile App (Apple App Store) (Google Play Store) – You will use the AxisCare Mobile App to complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), submit client visit documentation, review your schedule, access CareAcademy to complete online training, and for other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
• CareAcademy – You will use the CareAcademy site to complete initial and annual training through an online platform.
