How can I or my loved one start receiving Regional Center-funded services from Aven Care Providers?
Services may begin with a direct inquiry from an individual or family, or through a referral from a Regional Center Service Coordinator. Our intake team gathers initial information to understand care needs, eligibility, and service preferences. We collect required documentation, including a valid Purchase of Service (POS) authorization showing the approved service hours. Our team then completes an assessment and develops an individualized service plan. We will match you with a caregiver, or, depending on the authorized service, you may choose a caregiver from your personal network. If you selected your own caregiver, our team will reach out to hire and onboard the caregiver. Once onboarding is completed, they can then begin providing services, log hours, and receive payment.
